Ich begleite Sie persönlich zu Ihrer Besichtigung. Zuvor sichte ich Unterlagen, die Ihnen bereits vorliegen und wir führen ein kurzes Abstimmungsgespräch. Bei der Besichtigung begutachte ich den Gesamtzustand der Immobilie, achte jedoch auch auf Mängel wie schlecht gewartete Fenster oder sonstige Auffälligkeiten wie Feuchteflecken oder Gerüche.
I assist you in conversations with the seller and ask critical questions if there are any uncertainties. For renovation requests, we can directly check whether these are generally feasible. If needed, I also go into design ideas and furniture layout in more detail.
You will receive an initial assessment as a basis for your decision-making.
