Ich begleite Sie persönlich zu Ihrer Besichtigung. Zuvor sichte ich Unterlagen, die Ihnen bereits vorliegen und wir führen ein kurzes Abstimmungsgespräch. Bei der Besichtigung begutachte ich den Gesamtzustand der Immobilie, achte jedoch auch auf Mängel wie schlecht gewartete Fenster oder sonstige Auffälligkeiten wie Feuchteflecken oder Gerüche. 

I assist you in conversations with the seller and ask critical questions if there are any uncertainties. For renovation requests, we can directly check whether these are generally feasible. If needed, I also go into design ideas and furniture layout in more detail.

Preparation:

    • Quick check of the online listing

    • Pre-discussion via phone (15 min)

    • Review of the submitted documents (plans, land register excerpt, etc.)

On-site-appointment:

    • Begleitung zur Immobilienbesichtigung (bis zu 60 min)

    • Visual and technical initial assessment of the building condition

    • Identification of structural defects and other anomalies

    • Assessment from renovation needs and scope

    • Review of the room layout and flexibility of the floor plan

    • Identification of potential uses and design ideas

    • Targeted inquiries about critical issues and inconsistencies

Closing discussion:

    • Debriefing (30 min) following the viewing
