Viewing assistance

I personally accompany you to your property viewing. Beforehand, I review documents that you already have and we conduct a brief coordination discussion. During the viewing, I assess the overall condition of the property but also pay attention to defects such as poorly maintained windows or other noticeable issues like damp spots or odors. 

I assist you in conversations with the seller and ask critical questions if there are any uncertainties. For renovation requests, we can directly check whether these are generally feasible. If needed, I also go into design ideas and furniture layout in more detail. 

You will receive an initial assessment as a basis for your decision-making.

    • Pre-discussion via phone (15 min)

    • Review of the submitted documents (plans, land register excerpt, etc.)

On-site-appointment:

    • Accompaniment to the viewing (up to 60 minutes)

    • Visual and technical initial assessment of the building condition

    • Identification of structural defects and other anomalies

    • Assessment from renovation needs and scope

    • Review of the room layout and flexibility of the floor plan

    • Identification of potential uses and design ideas

    • Targeted inquiries about critical issues and inconsistencies

Closing discussion:

    • Debriefing (30 min) following the viewing 

    • Written initial assessment
